INQCEL Privacy Policy

1. Purpose: 

This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection and use of your personal information. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into INQCEL’s “Website Terms And Conditions Of Use Agreement”. This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically, and updates will be posted to INQCEL’s website(s).

When you contact INQCEL through our website(s), you will be required to provide personal information (e.g.: including your name and email address). 

INQCEL’s goal in collecting your personal information is to improve the operation of INQCEL’s website, and answer your questions. INQCEL may combine your Personal Information with the Personal Information of others to analyze this information in a manner that attempts to provide you with better service, or better understand how INQCEL’s services are used.

Non-Personal Information is information that does not identify the visitor, including INQCEL webpages viewed, visitor’s geographical information and hyperlinks clicked by visitor. Personal Information is collected primarily to identify visitor. Non- Personal Information is collected primarily to optimize the operation of INQCEL’s website and services. 

INQCEL also collects the date and time of your visit and the webpage(s) you visited on our site. This information helps us understand aggregate uses of our site, track usage trends and improve our services.

INQCEL’s website(s) may contain links to other non-affiliated third party websites. INQCEL does not endorse the business, products or services of such third party websites. INQCEL does not suggest or infer that it has a business relationship or affiliation with such third party websites. INQCEL does not exercise any control over the way these third-part websites collect personal information, or the cookies that they may use. These third party websites have their own Privacy Policies, and users are encouraged to consult their respective Privacy Policies.  

You may not use INQCEL website(s) or services for commercial or promotional purposes or to suggest that INQCEEL endorses your business product or services, or that INQCEL is affiliated with your business product or services.

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to request from INQCEL access to your data, rectification or erasure of your personal data, data portability, and the restriction of processing of your personal data.
